All of us we know that water can save our lives. Before we discuss the Perfect day. Today, We know that if we drink water properly then no problem will be there. Most of our problem will be solved very fast. But there is some way to take water, if we don’t know when we should know, else we are going to be in trouble.
There are 7 situations when we should not drink water. A proper amount of water can save your life but too much water, then this habit will be a big problem.
1. Before going to sleep:
There are some reasons why we should not drink water before going to sleep. The most important part is the toilet, lol. It’s actually true. If you going to bathroom 2/3 times at night, your quality sleeping time will be corrupted, you can not take deep sleep. You have to wake and go to the bathroom and then need to fall asleep, so think of it before drinking water. Secondly, our kidneys are working slower than in days, so if it will be pressurized for them to do hard work. And next when we drink water our blood vessels increases, it may be the effect on your heart and blood vessels. It may be a cause of seizures.
2. On your workout time:
Most of the time if you take a lot of water then it may side effects on your body and it will be negative, experts say that. When you workout, your body heat increases but drinking too much water your body can be cool down faster and it may cause an electrolyte petition. On that time you may feel headaches, dizziness. That’s why experts always recommend drink water after finish your workout. In this process, your flexibility will increase and you will feel fresh.
3. Colorless urine:
Colorless urine is a sign of overhydration, if your urine is colorless then maybe you drink too much water when it is not needed. Too much water can decrease sodium and it will gonna be serious problems. It may cause of heart attack.
4. Exactly before, on time or after a meal:
If you have a meal and too much water it gonna be indigestion on your stomach. Our moth produces saliva which is necessary enzymes for our digestion. All the food is stored at first in our stomach, then the food turns into small pieces and passes away to the next process, by this process gastric acid will produce, just too kill bacteria from food. So, if you drink too much water right before your meals then salvia will be less and our stomach cannot produce proper gastric acids. In this reason, your undigested food piles up and if you eat healthily it can be toxic.
5. Avoid artificial sweeteners:
This is for those people who really want to lose their weight. If you take this it will be habituated and it may gain your weight. Most of us don’t know this but in this sweetness came from 30-8000 times sweeter than real sugar. So that’s why you need fewer sweeteners to use.
6. Which is comes from the sea:
Most of us know that seawater is harmful to us, but we don’t know why. So most coastal waters are included pathogenic human viruses. That is why if you drink some sea water just need to flash out by vomiting, otherwise it causes some nasty symptoms and may sickness will destroy your enjoyment. And sea water also includes too much salt, 75% more than our body, so if we drink the sea water that salt will negatively effect on your body, sometimes dehydration will come asap. On that time you need to drink so much normal fresh water and have to give a lot of effort. If you try to pass your urine on dehydration time to get rid extra salt, maybe blood comes out at the result. Symptoms of dehydration are a loss of appetite, bloody vomiting and loss of consciousness. So if you accidentally drink sea water, immediately consult a doctor for safety.
7. If you have already drink too much water:
Drinking too much water sodium levels will be low and its unwanted side effects will come out. And it also harmful for your kidney, it will hard work for them to balancing the important component of the blood. When you drink too much water then that situation is called hyponatremia, as the doctor said. In this situation sodium levels will go down, it may affect your blood vessels, brain and even worst part is your lungs can float on water. The symptoms of hyponatremia are, seizures, dizziness, headaches, vomiting. It does not mean water is harmful. Water is our life saving natural thing, it is essential for all of us to live, all of the body functions and we really need to drink water but not too much, just maintain 8-ounce glasses water, it is enough for us, too much is not good all the time.
