That’s why today I share some ways to get a fresh and healthy morning.
1. Go to bed early and wake up in the early morning
It is very important to sleep early. At least 5 hours deep sleep and 2 hours light sleep is very important for a mature person. Eat light and easily digested food at dinner.
At morning, at first, when you wake up don’t hurry to wake just maintain a rhythm as per your comfort level. After you have done with freshness process. now drink fresh water by sitting in bed.
you should not hurry for wake up, It’s very important, It will be cause a sudden heart attack
2. Start with the breathing exercise
Let, Sit or stand straight bend your elbow triangle and press a nose hole and take deep intake from another hole of the nose. Hold the oxygen 5 seconds and release the air slowly from the different hole of the nose.
That’s it, You have done the first step of the breathing exercise in daily life.
Do not do this process first. That may harmful for you lungth, synas and breathing process. Do this process slowly.
After this process, we will go for the next exercise for breathing.
Inhale and release air rapidly, Inhale the ait from your nose and release the air just after that and empty your stomach fully when you release the air. The blood will properly circulate in your body with fresh oxygen.
Do this process more than 20 seconds. After that close your eyes and relax some moment. Just empty your mind.
After this breathing exercise, You can go for a third breathing exercise.
Intake a deep breath and hold the air, count five and release all the air and hold the empty stomach five seconds. Repeat this process 10 times and relax your mind.
3. Now it’s time to do some basic yoga
Now we can go for some basic yoga, each and every yoga will be repeated 15 – 20 times.
- Hold your body
On the yoga mat lie down with face-up position, Arm side and leg straight now curve our body. Hold this position and count 15 times.
- Horse stance
On this position lets position your both leg like 50% and 50% body weight. Make the knee inside and feet outside. Hold the thigh muscle bend this to 45 degrees. Hold this position to 40 seconds and relax after that. do this process 3 times.
- Working with wall
Now, this process is very simple but most effective. Just bend your body straight to 45 degrees to the wall. just take support with two hands on the wall and press followed. Make sure your body is in an angular position. Hols this position 30 seconds.
- Up your body and hip
Up your body and hold the ground with both hands. Make sure the hip up and down with a little gap. Face up position and with every hip up make sure to breathe out every time.
Do some treadmill workout
Every day spend some time in the treadmill. Do not run first. make it slowly first and speed up slowly then continue this 4 minutes after that speed it down do this steps 4-5 times and make sure that you sweated up fully.
Eat some protein vegetables
You have burn already many calories. It’s time to take some good breakfast but at first, take water. Eat some fresh fruits juice, Milk with a protein supplement, vitamin and also egg.
