The most important reason to ignore them because we don’t know how much vitamin/nutrition value is included in them. Moringa leaf:

8 useful effect of Raw Turmeric:

  1. If your skin burns too much on a sunny day then you can use the home-made mixture on those places. Take some raw turmeric paste and 2 tablespoon curd, mix them well and apply it on the burn area of your skin. Let it for 2 min and wash them with normal water.
  2. The phylogenic compounds in the turmeric are curcumin, which prevents cancer.
  3. You can use as a scrubber raw turmeric. Take raw turmeric and orange peel paste, mix them well and apply on your skin. You can use this mixture 3 days a week.
  4. Turmeric is very helpful on cold. If you want to reduce cough, put one turmeric piece lightly on your mouth. And besides this, you may drink a glass of hot milk mixed with turmeric and pepper powder. It will relief from cold.

Some more:

  1. If you want to remove your wrinkle you can use turmeric also. First, take a bowl. Then take the thick layer in the top of boiled milk and mix it with 2 tablespoons of raw turmeric paste. Using this mixture daily you will get results very good.
  2. Turmeric saves you from being fat. It contains curcumin which mixes with our blood cell and controls our body fat.
  3. If you irritate with pimples. No worry, turmeric can remove your pimples. Take 2 Tablespoons of raw turmeric paste, 2 tablespoons of grapes and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix them well. Apply this mixture on your pimple area. After 2 min wash with normal water. This mixture can help you to reduce your pimples and relief from any kind of fear about any kind of infections.
  4. If you feel pain on your body you can take turmeric also. You can drink a glass of water with turmeric. Or if you have joint pain you can use turmeric paste on that area. It will help to reduce the pain slowly.

Tips of the day:  If you want to remove the wrinkle on your eye sight area, use wet cool tea bag on that area.
